Used Cooking Oil (UCO) is a domestic waste generated as the result of cooking and frying food with vegetable oil. Due to a lack of standardized collecting systems, there is a low recuperation of UCO waste. Considering the calorific value of vegetable oil, a possible way to recover the waste generated from UCO is the production of biodiesel.
